Cancellation Period

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for an exchange or return for a refund with-in 30 Days.
Prior to return please contact us for return instructions. You can contact us by email or our contact form.
Please include your order number and e-mail address used to place the order. All items must be in brand-new condition, including original packaging in order to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
Once items are returned a Fash Direct return specialist will process your order return within 72 hours and contact you to process your refund.

DAS: There are certain locations in the world where the shipping carriers charge extra fees to deliver packages to these locations. These fees are called DAS (Delivery Area Surcharge) and are usually charged by the carrier in areas that are less accessible for pickups and deliveries.

CES: There are certain cases where the shipping carriers charge extra fees to deliver packages for several reasons, for example: exceeding certain dimensions or weight, perfumes, etc. These fees are called CES (Courier Extra Surcharge).

Processing time: processing will take 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Import Fees: Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for further information.
For some countries, we calculate Duty VAT, Taxes, etc. following the laws and import regulations of the destination country. These fees are calculated based on destination, item type, and country of origin, manufacture or assembly.

    In case you received damaged / defective or incorrect goods - we will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item


    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
    We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
